How do I maximize the lifespan of my pieces?
To maximize the lifespan of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions. Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Water, chlorine, sweat, perfume, lotions and nail polish may cause the jewelry to become tarnished and blemished. Put on your jewelry after cosmetics and lotions have been absorbed.
How do I care for my pieces?
To clean your jewelry, use a soft cotton cloth to gently wipe the surface. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry polishing cloths, or antibacterial soaps, as this may cause damage to your jewelry.
How do I use the TLC Jewelry service?
Give us 4-8 weeks to thoroughly care for your jewelry. This service offers free re-plating and a check up. Please be advised that there are a few styles noted on the Product Pages that we cannot offer re-plating for. Please contact us by emailing: info@billievalentine.com for more information

Semi-precious brass is plated with sterling silver and 14k gold for a luxurious finish. The brand offers re-plating to customers, aiming to prolong the life of each piece and ensure it is treasured for years to come.
What forms of payment are accepted for Billie Valentine?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Will there be sales tax charged?
Yes. We charge sales tax and it will be displayed during checkout on our website.
Will I be charged duties & taxes for international shipping?
All international packages may be subject to duties & taxes. The limits for duty-free packages depends on your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for additional information.
Can I change my order after I have already submitted it on your website?
Yes. Please email info@billievalentine.com as soon as possible with your order confirmation number so we can fix the issue before product(s) have shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after the order is confirmed?
Yes. Please contact us immediately at info@billievalentine.com to change your shipping address before product(s) have shipped. Once items are shipped we cannot change the shipping address.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the “tracking number” to see the status of your delivery. Please note, It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders received before 4PM PST will ship on the same business day. Orders received after 4PM PST will ship the following business day. We are closed on all major national holidays in the United States. 
How much does shipping cost in the U.S?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S over $100. Ground shipping can take between 3-5 business days. All orders will have a tracking number attached to your confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Pricing may vary for international shipping. All shipping options will be presented at checkout. Please note all international shipping may take 15-20 days to be delivered from the date it was shipped.
